When using both {cite} and {hyperref} packages, put the \usepackage command for the cite package AFTER the hyperref. Otherwise, in the PDF file produced later, the citation number (e.g. [3]) may not be correctly hyperlinked to its bibliography entry.
Or perhaps the better way is by using this method.

First visit! Using Latex to write your desertation? I’am using Latex on my final project undergradute. :-)
Hehehe. First, the use of LaTeX was enforced by the journal where I was submitting my papers. Enforced, because they charge more for submitted manuscripts created by other than LaTeX
. Later on, it becomes an easy decision to use LaTeX when I start to write the thesis.
I think it is very good that you used LaTeX on your undergraduate final project. Would you care to spread the LaTeX virus to the ITB’s students to start using it to? Perhaps by sharing your template, by giving tutorials of how –not so– hard it is to use it, and by boasting how beautiful your thesis looks like?
Would you share your topic of your desertation here?
Sharing my research topic here is already in my mind, but it has to be deferred later after I am finally able to complete it
. * hosh.. hosh.. lagi berjuang
