)[FF Extension] SearchWords
SearchWords
by Ryan FlintAssign keywords to your search engines for quick and easy access to all of your search engines without using the search bar and without having to switch from your current search engine.
To use, add keywords to your search engines via the search engine manager and then simply type ‘keyword searchterm’ into the address bar and search away!
Nice, now then I can always do something like this: <Ctrl+T>, then “g zalfany” —narcist mode ON
— or “w google” and there I got my result.
Yeah yeah, I know that you can use <Ctrl+K> to reach the Search Engine Box, then <Alt+Down Arrow> to select the proper search engine if necessary. But with this, even the Search Engine Box can be hidden * you’ve already minimized the number of things in your toolbar, right? *
You can achieve someting like these also before (through Lifehacker) but using this add-on installation method is much much much easier

Laboratory Map
This is my laboratory, South Building 3, Tokyo Tech Ookayama Campus. The nearest train station is about 150 meters to the north. It is the 大岡山 (Ookayama) station.
Google Map’s embedding courtesy of Reza Ferrydiansyah (www.netdais.com). A new and -I have to say promising- service. It is meant to simplify the embedding process of google map’s to any page (especially blogs). But I think it should be made even simplier, e.g. no template modification, just insert the html tag and there you go, just like youtube. I don’t know if anything like this already exist.
Try it yourself, though because it still is (probably-not-even) in alpha phase, expect to find bugs here and there. Even being able to register would have been good enough
