Tabbed Browsing on IE 6 - New :-p

From CNET News: Microsoft offers tabbed browsing–in IE 6. By installing the latest version of MSN Toolbar, Microsoft finally offers tabbed browsing feature in IE6 (doesn’t feel smooth, though. Switching between tabbed windows flickers the window).

MSN Toolbar - New

Just curious, “New? “* brulpppppp :-p * I’ve been using Mozilla since about 3 years ago, and the tabbed browsing has been the custom that I can’t live without once I was using it. And now MS called it (I quote) “NEW! Browse smarter with tabs”. Smart, yes, indeed, but it has been toooo laaaateeee for MS to be able to called it NEW -P .

* ps. I keep my Internet Explorer installed in my PC because of 1. the Windows Update (well, there is Automatic Update feature comes up with SP2, so I might not have to use it anymore), 2. because some s*****d sites will not open unless you use IE, and 3. Because I donot know how to uninstall it -D *

it’s NEW for IE users who have never seen mozilla or firefox. Actually I like the tabbed browsing system myself. But I’m not going back to IE :)

btw. I’m not sure you can uninstall IE without putting a lot of damage to your computer. Didn’t bill gates testify in his anti-competition trial that IE is an integral part of windows?

Weird… I was gonna make a comment that I don’t think I can uninstall IE… Then I realized, I’ve already made a comment on this blog. Which makes me wonder… Zal, does anybody else comment on your blog ) ?
